Fee Schedule

• Plan to Go Fee:
• $150 1-4 rooms
• $200 5-8 rooms
• $250 more than 8 rooms
• Includes up to 3 proposals and 2 revisions (1 proposal per revision)
• A revision would be considered a change in location, travel dates, number of travelers, etc
• Additional revisions will be $25 per revision
• Will be refunded the day of departure
• Non-refundable if the trip is not booked within 30 days
• Cancellation Fee:
• $150 1-4 rooms
• $200 5-8 rooms
• $250 more than 8 rooms
• Late Fee: $25
• Change Fee after booking: $50 per instance
• Rebooking Fee: $100

* The fee schedule is in addition to the suppliers' fee schedule that will be provided in the proposal(s) and will be invoiced separately
